May 1st was a beautiful day—temperature was in the mid-80˚F with low humidity. Originally we were going to go to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden to see the cherry blossoms, but our friends, the Yau’s, went there the week before & told us that by the time we get there, we’ll probably ended up seeing more people than blossoms.
Since we still have two more months on our WCS membership, we decided to go to the aquarium once again & then take a walk on the beach afterward.
If I remember correctly, this was the first time for Kaitlyn to go to the beach. Even though we didn’t swim (the Atlantic Ocean is still cold! It’s still Spring after all.) we had a fun & relaxing time.
