We took advantage of the slow week at my job during the holiday and we threw together a trip down to Monterey at the last minute. It was a very enjoyable & much needed break—as my lower back can testify of that! My back gave out for the second time in as many months half way through the trip. Fortunately, we were able to do most of the things we wanted to and made it back home before I was bed-bound.
